At one point in the video the officer yells at him to stand in a specific place or he'd be arrested. So... Yes, we actually do know that he absolutely wasn't free to walk away.

It's about search and seizure only.....like if the cop found pot on the bird flipper then the court may rule that it be thrown out bc the officer didn't have probable cause to search the individual or his vehicle.....it says nothing about what happened in this case.
