In your anarchist world, he wouldn't have any right either as long as he didn't hurt anybody. But then what if he did? Would the employer be liable also or is it all on the idiot who got drunk on the job?Nothing with me, we'd be forced to hand it over to the employer at that point. Let them deal with him. Luckily that didn't happen.
I do get frustrated at times, making the same arguments for freedom over and over, only to be met with "it's the law" while I'm questioning the entire system as a whole.
I know many won't, but those who have time give this a look.

As always, I've enjoyed the discussion today. Cheers!
You know, I check out a lot of the things you post. But you and Ras have got to learn the term "succinct."
An hour long YouTube video does not meet that criteria.
You can't prevent crimes from being committed or evil from harming the innocent. Yet, you are of the belief that the more we try to legislate, the better the world will be.
Not necessarily. I think I have said that there are too many laws and regulation as is, but some are needed. Drunks kill people. Impaired drivers kill people. Relaxing those laws will not make it better, but far worse. You so-called anarchists somehow think that anarchy is a be all end all, yet you continually forget the human condition of ego and someone always wanting to be in control of someone else or worse, not giving a **** about anyone else. THOSE are the truly scary people. I was crossing the street today and I was walking in front of a car with a young woman driving. She was texting at the stop light. I find that frightening. I thought twice about walking in front of her. I know you guys don't see any big deal because "you" can handle it. Total anarchy is as idiotic as communism for the exact same reasons. Humans need law and structure. It is an indisputable fact. Humans also need an appropriate remedy for those that don't follow the rules. And then there are the transgressions that have no remedy. You have no answer for that other than too bad so sad, life sucks. No one should ever be killed by a drunk. Especially one who has shown a propensity to drive impaired over and over and over until they do finally achieve their goal of killing someone.
Putting a drunk in jail will prevent him from killing someone.
Where do you draw the line personally? What will you not put up with from an infringement on your rights level?
I'm not sure but every drunk driver deserves whatever happens to them....They can call a taxi or the other services in Knoxville to get home safely...The only one responsible for ruining their lives is the one that chose to drive drunk.....it's not the police, gov't or anyone else's faults.
