He is incapable of even attempting to justify their existence to begin with. I haven't decided yet if it's because he doesn't have the mental capacity or if it's because he knows the justification doesn't exist. Either way… With that in mind, I don't really like your chances of getting an explanation as to why he thinks they should be tougher.

If they were tougher you wouldn't have repeat offenders or at least less. The cheap shots don't bother me considering who I'm arguing with so feel free to keep them coming.

You've already proven you're the cancer to society and not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree.

Why are you being so childish about a simple question?

Asking you to back up your argument is rudimentary for discussion. You're just making an ass of yourself. Either leave it to the adults or make your point.

Also... He can obviously spell and put together a sentence, so he's not retarded. Which he would have to be if he actually believed half the garbage he was throwing out here. He's clearly just trolling.

I wish they would make tomatoes illegal! It's ridiculous! All of these tomatoe eaters just think they can do whatever they want. You're free to eat a tomatoe, but I'm free to call the cops and have your sorry ass put in jail for it too!

And sure, eating a tomatoe doesn't hurt anyone, but we can't just get rid of all of our laws, right? Today they legalize tomatoes, tomorrow baby rape and murder!

Because tomatoes and methamphetamine have a similar affect on someone. At least come up with something halfway close.

Your homie never claimed drugs should be illegal because they're harmful. He simply seems to accept that they are illegal and doesn't question why. Thus the reason for the tomatoe example.

But just because amphetamine is harmful, doesn't mean it should illegal. Also many of its effects are overstated. We've been feeding amphetamine to US pilots for years. So don't believe all the garbage you hear about amphetamine.

We all know the Gov plays by a different set of rules than us.
