I've said it before, but a lot of these police encounters are unnecessarily brought on by civilians. I guess I should retroactively have my parents arrested since we stayed in the house by ourselves at 11 or 12.

The son who has adhd went outside to a neighbors home where his sister found him and brought him home. She solved the problem correctly. Neighbors butted in.
