As long as you have a drivers license, your car is registered and you use the tags they supply, you have an adhesion contract with that state. They have the right to use pc and civil statutes against you.When did cop’s start upholding constitutional rights?
I guarantee you that cops violate the rights of citizens everyday without any ramifications. I would say that at least 50% of traffic stops are unconstitutional.

Sounds like a federal investigation is definitely in order. But we are talking about 7 officers. The smart thing would be to have the sheriff take over that cities calls for service and jurisdiction which he sounded like he was angling for anyway. My guess is they will be disbanded soonThat was a very unpleasant read...primarily because it doesn't lend itself to being viewed in anything remotely "bad apple" but the dreaded "systemic".
