To Protect and to Serve II

Yep, a bunch of bicyclists come down a hill and make a left hand turn and Billy Bad ass jumps off of his bicycle and into a F150 and chases them. Yep, dangerous hardened criminals on the run.
Yea I know you believe people should be able to drive and bike how they want. Laws be damned but there is a reason people aren’t allowed to run stop signs because they feel like it

The bicyclists knew they were in the wrong. When the group came over they were protesting with very little passion. That’s not how people behave when they think they’ve been wrongly accused of something.

He’s a scumbag because he arrested a biker who thought he could break the law then run from the police? Story says that the neighborhood has complained about these bikers for weeks
Our fellow citizens are not helping the matter by complaining to these crooked azz cops.

Was this really worthy of an arrest? And again, if the intent is to make the community safe for the people complaining, why not be as conspicuous as possible instead of hiding on a side street with a radar gun?
That cop is a bitch and this is a perfect example of why people think cops suck. $8,500 bond?.... taken to jail because fat boy had to run to his truck. Why would a cyclist think the cops would be after them with their lights and sirens on? I give the cops the benefit of the doubt a lot of the time, but this is the kind of thing that really pisses me off.

Just watched it again. I think they were all just in shock. Up to that point they were probably stupid enough to think that police were there to protect them.

Exactly... They behave like this with no consequences. Then their “brothers” adamantly and moronically defend it without second thought and they seem baffled by the fact that their loosing more and more of the public’s trust every day.

I’ll call out when an officer obviously does something illegal or wrong and have done so in this thread. However this isn’t one of those times chief. You simply once again don’t understand the law if you don’t see what the bikers did. Chattanooga State Community College probably has some law classes for you to sign up for. Maybe then you can have a better understanding without having emotional knee jerk reactions

The implication that law-enforcement even has a simple grasp of the law is probably the cutest thing I’ll hear all week
