You could argue she planned it the entire time and just used it as an excuse but I think I'd aim for murder 2

She got away with killing someone, but has pretty much guaranteed her son develops a drug problem from PTSD. No winners here.

It is bad for everyone, and she gets to walk because the DA is an idiot.

Continued militarization of the Police State will only result in more stuff like this happening. Before long teachers will be shooting students that are "trouble-makers."

was that happening before guns became "gun free zones" I never remember hearing of mass murder sprees back then.

What in the world are you talking about?

First off this woman isn’t a cop. A handgun is slightly under the threshold for militarization.

Secondly from the 19th century through the roaring twenties it was standard procedure for bounty hunters to kill you and drag your body to town to claim the reward. Things are much more civilized today.

That’s essentially the problem with BLM. If they wanted actual political change they should change their name and focus on anyone who is a victim of police brutality. Not just one particular race. As it is now, by name alone, the alienate a large % of the population
