To Protect and to Serve II

Did you watch the dash cam video? Looked pretty innocuous to me. Minimally invasive search to me.

I watched the dashcam video. He stopped her for a seat belt violation. What probable cause did he have to do a body search and field sobriety check?

Then he pulls over the same car hours later for having dark tinted windows. Why didn't that draw his attention on the first stop?

That guy was creepy straight up. You need to watch the longer version of that same video. There was very little conversation before he asked her to exit the vehicle and proceeded to search her on the hood of his car. Then he proceeded to give her the longest eye test I've ever seen. The same cop pulls her over again the same day this time near her house. Stalker much?

Don’t worry Ras, they investigated themselves and found no wrongdoing.

I don't know if he had probable cause to stop her, he claimed she was swerving over the road. I watched the footage on the news. The news didn't play the whole thing but said They played the part that had the part that had the most physical contact. What I saw looked perfectly normal for a pat down. Didn't seem extreme at all. Again, I'm only talking about whether the physical contact was appropriate and to me it did. To judge whether he had justification requires speculation and I don't have enough information to draw any conclusion.

And what are your thoughts on the 2nd stop for tinted windows a few hours later?

I agree with Coug. Watch the entire long version. He doesn’t make any inappropriate comments, but something is definitely wrong with how long he has her. I think the wheels were spinning in his head about what he wanted to do with her. The THP admitted he didn’t perform the stop the way troopers are trained to do. The guy is a creep.

Like I said, I'm not making a judgment on his motives. It involves too much speculation. Maybe he's a creep. All I'm saying is he does not go overboard with the pat down. If I was a cop, I would call in a female cop to search any woman. Too easy to get accused of inappropriate behavior.

There was no need for him to touch her. I’d wager money this wasn’t the first woman he has done this to.

Agree with this. I usually support the police in these threads, but my wife is a knockout, and if the same cop pulled her over twice and felt her up like that...I would kick his azz when he was off duty no matter the cost...and do everything I could to get him a desk job or fired. Nobody touches my wife but me. My daughter will be 10, looks just like her mom...same goes for her.

Problem is ***** cop would always be carrying off duty and there's about a 0% chance he would put the gun down and take a whipping like a man. Don't touch my girls. I will bury you

When I mentally put my wife in that video...who is hotter than this chick...it makes me so mad my while head is red. Let me see somebody put their hands on my wife like that, especially when she is scared to tell him to stop due to his badge. I would like to kick his azz and that's not even my wife

I’m in the same boat. My guess is he was taking his time in hopes that she would offer something in exchange for letting her go.

I’m surprised this doesn’t happen more.

Post pics of your wife and we'll decide. :)

I watched the video again last night and evidently she was on "Inside Addition" Last night. I saw her interview. She maintains the inappropriate contact went on below the hood of the cruiser and out of camera view. That makes this a he said/she said situation. Also, if you watch her facial expression, she seems to be grinning which I thought was odd. Again, I'm not taking up for the cop. I do find it strange he stops her twice in the same day. He may be the biggest creep on the force but the video doesn't prove anything in my mind.

THP said he didn’t follow protocol. She said she was scared to say anything.

This pisses me off!

CLINTON, Mo. — Authorities revealed Wednesday that police were actually sent to the wrong house when they were responding to a 911 call which led to three officers being shot, one of them fatally, according to WDAF.

Missouri State Highway Patrol said Wednesday afternoon that Clinton officers were sent to 306 West Grandriver Street for a 911 call in which Henry County 911 operators could hear two women arguing in the background but no one was directly speaking to operators.

Again, WTF Broward County??

When word that a gunman had opened fire inside of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School spread, two SWAT officers were compelled to help. They, separately, were already near the vicinity of the mass shooting but did not obtain permission before heading to the school to offer assistance, leading them to be suspended for their actions.

.been a few years, but she still looks the same. So do I other than a few wrinkles. We both can still wear the same clothes we wore in HS 20 years ago. I work out 4 or 5 days a week, she just never sits down until 8 or 9 pm everyday.

Definitely outkicked my coverage. Treat her like a queen.

That is entirely on the dispatcher who made the mistake.

You definitely scored. Better behave.

You got me there haha. For scale, I have a 17and3/4 inch neck from football. Got a big head bro. At least it's not empty. Taken too many concussions though...it takes a toll. That's a true story.

I have known my wife since she was 12. I was 17. Started dating and got her pregnant much later when she was 18. She's 36 now and so beautiful I still stare at her. I treat her like I should, just this week I brought her flowers and bought her a pair of shoes.

She is by far the best thing that ever happened to me. Great mama, too. I protect her like she was the hope diamond. I dont allow people to swear or speak vulgarity around her. She is a devout lady. I ask nicely for them to please refrain. The 1st time.
