To Protect and to Serve II

and the cops outed the lie themselves too.

Sounds like the guy is going to get deservedly locked up.

The ones that lied should all face jail time as accomplices to murder and obstruction of justice. Had they not lied then it would be a very different situation for them. Once they lie to cover up a murder then they are just as criminal as the gangbangers out on the streets participating in drive-bys.

The murder warrant for Roy Oliver was signed Friday afternoon by a Dallas judge. Oliver has not yet been arrested but is expected to turn himself in with his attorney.

"The warrant was issued due to evidence that suggested Mr. Oliver intended to cause serious bodily injury and commit an act clearly dangerous to human life that caused the death of the individual," the Dallas County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

New Hampshire Bill to Close Federal Asset Forfeiture Loophole Faces Intense Police Opposition.

The bill faces intense law enforcement opposition. Police claim it would “devastate” their opioid battle. In fact, passage of HB614 would not prevent police from prosecuting drug dealers, or even pursuing asset forfeiture. It would simply ensure law enforcement couldn’t pass most cases off to the feds in order to avoid stricter state asset forfeiture laws that protect due process rights.

The war on drugs and terrorism is a convenient excuse for the state to rob us of property and liberties.

Also keep in mind, the above conclusion was brought to you by the same folks who judge if an officer involved shooting was justified.
