To Protect and to Serve II

I can't follow up on every last one of these cop cases. Cops are assaulting civilians at a record pace. I figured it would be a lot easier for you since you are in Oklahoma to at least follow up on this particular case.

Am I asking too much?

There is no way humanly possible anybody could keep up with all of these case... I told you that a few weeks ago when you tried to attack me about the Walter Scott case.

Awww, poor Ras playing the victim card.

lol

And I'd like to see this "record" pace you speak of. Proof, stats, etc. Not just "read the news."

You troll ever thread here. It's not too hard to troll this one as well, you're already doing it.

Too damn many.. how about that? While you focus on minutiae and trivial tidbits, the fact is that we still have way too many cop vs civilian interactions that end with dead civilians.

I'm waiting on the proof.

I'm not sure how to quantify "too damn many."

It boils down to Malum prohibitum vs malum in se laws.

"Malum prohibitum (plural mala prohibita, literal translation: "wrong [as or because] prohibited") is a Latin phrase used in law to refer to conduct that constitutes an unlawful act only by virtue of statute, as opposed to conduct that is evil in and of itself, or malum in se."

The main problem is the abuse of supposed authority. It's always nice when someone says to question authority, I'd go a touch further by saying we need to question obedience instead. Most people when confronted with unjust laws usually throw up their hands and say "that's the law" and go on with their business. Therefore nothing ever changes. Truly a vicious cycle that millions of people are caught up in, It's sad.

Coming from the person that never backs up anything when he's pressed in a corner... instead relying on (slightly) witty insults.

I always come through. If you decide not to accept the proof, that's on you.

Can't play that game with me. Either back up your "too damn many" theory with stats or admit you are talking out your butt (again)

I have all the evidence I need in these two threads.

To anyone with common sense, those examples alone are too damn many.

Are y'all going to actually bring points to the table or just talk past each other and act like children?

I'm not the one claiming "too damn many" as an exact figure.

You know I can argue a specific point, but when ambiguous terms are used, it's hard to say "You're wrong!" with anything to back it up.

Unless of course you're getting into your philosophical mode (and it appears you are) and you just can't be argued with.

Post the stats, I'll allow it.

No, you tell us right now how many is too many so that you can't weasel your way out of explaining the stats when they don't come back in your favor.

If we don't know what the benchmark is beforehand, then it would allow you to start crawfishing and saying "well, this isn't too bad at all".

You have my permission to post the stats. I'll let you know if it's "too damn many" or not.
