You're FIRED!

SAN ANTONIO (Reuters) - The San Antonio school district on Monday fired a school police officer seen on a viral video body slamming a 12-year-old girl, saying his use of force was unwarranted.

Shortly after the video was released last week on social media, the district said it was investigating officer Joshua Kehm, who has been with the district since February 2015.

"We understand that situations can sometimes escalate to the point of requiring a physical response," Superintendent Pedro Martinez said. "However, in this situation, we believe that the extent of the response was absolutely unwarranted."

In the half-minute video, shot by an unidentified student at Rhodes Middle School on March 29, Kehm is seen grappling with the student, Janissa Valdez, in a school hallway, picking her up and throwing her to the ground.

Are we seriously having to explain to a cop what a "red" vs "green" meter is? Like the guy rightly said, if I pull up to a meter that is "red", then by cop logic, if a meter maid is there and notices it "red" at the same time, I could get a parking ticket. And what is the big deal about paying meters? Are we really having to have this conversation with cops?

When looking at videos like this, ask yourself a question. Who is initiating the violence?

Violence is their solution to everything. They show up at peaceful protests (a 1st Amendment right) and clamp down on the citizens. Again, cops are a part of the equation. If cops don't enforce laws, then stupid, corrupt politicians can't rule over the people.

Yep, the pointy end of all politics.

What a race baiting website that one is. It's nothing but racist propaganda piece after racist proaganda piece. Judges are known to be some arrogant SOBs.... Especially in court. I'd say it's just as likely a white guy would have gotten the shock. If also like to see more of what happened prior to the start of the video. Surely there was more to it than what we saw.

I don't care about the site. The article was sent to me. Somehow this guy will remain a judge.

That's why I think there has to be more to the incident than just what was in the video. My guess is the guy had been talking over the judge and etc. repeatedly until the judge and his mega ego pulled the trigger on the guy.

Seems this judge is no stranger to controversy.

It only took a day for this to be a real concern... wow.

This video adds a little footage so we can see what happens before the assault. Lots of stupid in this video from both sides. A whole lot of begging for a longer leash and what not. Saying cops work for us yada, yada, yada. Clearly they are the protectors and enforcers of the political class.
