Some fans say that. Check into it a bit further and you will find most of those are clueless and never attended college a day in their life, and probably never even set foot on campus at the U of A.
MOST fans realize that the actions of a very few gave the entire program a black eye, and it's sickening when you think about it.
I don't think my responding to this is going to change your mind, but I thought I might as well try.:good!:

Sorry but your one in a million. My stance will remain the same for years to come.

I know believe me been watching intensively since I was a tike. Plus my dad's a Bammer fan.

So you should know that it hasn't just turned into a "bitter rivalry."

When Tennessee plays Florida, there is some testy fans of both teams.

When Tennessee plays Alabama, there is a palpable hatred i n the air.

I wouldn't mind seeing us be as loud and rude as Alabama fans for this game. This is turning into a bitter rivalry and we need to treat them like we don't like them. Would like for the crowd noise to be like it was when Cal opened up down here in 2006. The atmosphere was electric and we couldn't lose on that day. We have got to bring that type of intensity as Vol fans. We owe it to the program.

This is just now turning into a bitter rivalry? News to me...

I said crowd noise. But the reason for being rude to Bama is because I hear more F*** Tenn. than anything else when Bama fans talk.

That's what makes Tennessee better. Alabama fans will always be bottom-feeders, win or lose, because all they have is football. We love football just as much as they do, but we actually have lives outside of what happens on the football field.

Who cares what you'll think. I care more and have more pride about the program than any of you guys criticizing me.

If you cared or had any pride for the program, you would at least study the history. Do you even know who Gen Neyland was????

I have been to just about every SEC field. The only ones I have not been to is Ole Miss and Miss St.
LSU fans have to be the most sickening, but to call BAMA fans such is a stretch at best.
Only in Knoxville have I been spit on. With tobacco spit no less. Only in knoxville have I had ice thrown at me in the stands. These things have happened, but I do not put all UT fans in with these few. UGA fans poured beer on reporters from Alabama covering the game this year, but I know not all UGA fans are like that.
I do like for us to make fun of each other, but to resort to this elementry school mentality is something else.
