I wouldn't mind seeing us be as loud and rude as Alabama fans for this game. This is turning into a bitter rivalry and we need to treat them like we don't like them. Would like for the crowd noise to be like it was when Cal opened up down here in 2006. The atmosphere was electric and we couldn't lose on that day. We have got to bring that type of intensity as Vol fans. We owe it to the program.

We need to remember what happened during the SEC Media Days back in the summer about the incident with CPF being served. Everyone said then that they couldn't wait until we played Bama here this year. Well, it's almost that time!!

GO VOLS!!!:3cheers::bammer:

Do we want to lose AND be remembered as D-bags? I kind of like our reputation as some of the better fans in CFB.

It's been a bitter rivalry all 90 times these teams have played each other.

Whenever a coach is served with a subpoena no matter who it is it turns to hatred. They say we're the reason they were put on probation so i don't have a bit of sympathy for their program.

Manners go out of the door with this team. I'm to the point where I hate that Crimson team from suckaloosa.

the rivalry is on the field...the fans are just having fun with each other for the most part....hate Bammers if you want, just do not try to incite others

Ya, the first meeting in 1901 with a 200+ fan brawl on the field after the game wasn't bitter or anything.

Who cares about our rep? That just means other fans and teams don't fear coming to Neyland Stadium. I would like for every opponent to remember their visit to Tennessee as a :censored:Neyland Nightmare.

Not sure what your "knowledge" of UT football is prior to this year, but your statement clearly shows that you started watching in the 90's. This rivalry didnt just become bitter, it has been that way every year for the last 91 years.

Some fans say that. Check into it a bit further and you will find most of those are clueless and never attended college a day in their life, and probably never even set foot on campus at the U of A.
MOST fans realize that the actions of a very few gave the entire program a black eye, and it's sickening when you think about it.
I don't think my responding to this is going to change your mind, but I thought I might as well try.:good!:
