I think you should show women respect, but I probably wouldn't have posted anything if her view was not similar to mine. That and I get tired of seeing people like you look down on others.
Hope that clarified
They weren't too wise then. A lady is a lady no matter how she treats you. In my opinion her manner towards you was deserved
Why is it that you believe that women are entitled to such an elevated esteem?
Is it because you believe them to be frail? Ignorant? Defenseless?
Those are the only reasons I can surmise.
How long have you hated women?

I actually am in love with a woman and treat her pretty damn well. I think society is starting to get away from it. Most every girl I have met is quite capable of standing up for herself.
It is kinda like me saying why do you hold Voldad to such a high esteem? You are taking up for him quite like I interjected myself on her behalf.
VolNation - Announcements in Forum : Tennessee Vols FootballI have not seen him mention me in any of his post, unlike your references to her. Just seems to be pointing out your stupidity.
I believe Dooley will succeed. Not because of his credentials(obviously). It's mainly because of the staff he's put together. I like the way Chaney runs his offenses and i like the way Wilcox runs his defenses. Bottom line is, we have guys who can flat out coach. I'll bet if we go 6-6 next year there will still be people posting on here who will be more than happy to see him fired in that scenario, not because they want to see us fail or even go through this whole process again, just so that when we do go through this process again, which still won't be any easier or quicker, we can do it with a "big name" coach.
Bottom line, i'm not nearly as concerned with Dooley as about 80 percent of the posters on this forum. I'm not saying he'll win right away, but things are never as bad as they seem when it comes to UT football. We might not win a NC with Dooley, but i'll bet that we'll be competive for it at some point or another during his tenure.
Oh and just for the record, just because you don't do particularly well in your first coaching job or two doesn't mean you won't be successful. I was watching the NBA finals earlier and you know Phil Jackson was fired from his first two head coaching positions? He didn't reach his full potential as a coach until he got in the right position, with the right players and right assistents. Now he's one of the best ever and has 10 rings. Just food for thought. I'm in no way comparing Dooley to Jackson, different sports obviously, and different situations. But sometimes all a man needs are the right surroundings. And i just like the way he's handling things and the people he's surrounding himself with. I have a good feeling about Dooley.
I will give you credit for attempting; especially since she cannot explain herself. But I dont see how that explains this. \/
I agree. the only caveat I have is will the fan base be patient and give him a chance to succeed.
Majors did not get a championship until his 9th season. Was not as difficult back then as now..
Rather easy to explain: A person that is a Tennessee fan will not publicly say they "expect" a Tennessee coach to fail repeatedly unless they want the coach the fail.
You may disagree with the assumption ( I would) but claiming the statement doesn't "make sense" is just ignoring the argument being made.
IMO fans wont be that patent. Majors and Fulmer were native sons which increased fan patience thresholds.
