It has to stop! Seriously, it's getting old! Go find another team to root for! We do not want you nor do we need you! Can't even make a post without y'all miserable jerks saying something negative! We're # effing 1in the nation in scoring offense! Yeah our defense needs work! Ray Charles can see that but come on! Let's have some fun and pump each other up! Our boys are having the time of their lives right now and so should we!! Let's celebrate the fact that we're 4-0 and not 2-2!

Being concerned with the defense isn’t being a negavol. Neither is having doubts about the game tomorrow. I haven’t seen that many negavols outside of a few knuckleheads. But thanks for addressing something that hasn’t been addressed in practically every thread on the board

Negavols are the ones calling for the coaches jobs after losing any game. Ironically, it’s mostly the ones who don’t have a realistic view of the team in the first place.

This Vols team I believe can compete and beat anyone on the schedule this year. But, I remain cautiously optimistic

A few years ago @DougAtkins91 (since deleted account) had a presumably drunken post. He went on a fairly entertaining tangent griping about negavols.

Had some kind of line about negavols need their posts "nited", never did come back and explain it any more.

The rest of us morans couldn't resist, and it made it's way into Volnation lore.

I seriously only seen a couple NegaVol’s on here in a while.

OP not too sure what your seeing.

Having concerns……isn’t being a NegaVol. Thinking Tennessee might lose on the road vs a ranked team…….doesn’t necessarily make one a “NegaVol.”

We know who they are……we’ll the lingering ones that is…….but it’s not many.

Heck I was one…….I feel with good reason. However with a new coach, which is what this program needed and what me as a fan wanted I changed back to “regular Vol”……..and why not……….basically got exactly what I wanted. Maybe not the “who” I wanted but that wasn’t happening (and I knew it) and the coach Tennessee landed was probably better (time will tell).

You seriously saw some posts you didn’t like and you created an entire thread for this. Come on man…….you know the thing.

It’s OK to not always be positive. No need for threads for the few fans on here who can’t “ever” be happy.

It wasn’t quite as good as the nite Gruden was landing in Knoxville to be the head coach.

Or the night one guy was on here telling us Schiano WAS going to be the next coach that next morning………of coarse no one believed him (I don’t think). Come to find out he was wrong and we were right………kind of.
