To’oto’o’ & Volnation

Henry To’oto’o handed out skittles to the Vol faithful after the Gator Bowl Win. Is there a story behind this? I’ve never sat first row behind the bench of a football game, so it was a cool experience and definitely gave me a new perspective for the game.

To’oto’o wore a smile on his face before and after the game. I love his attitude!

I rarely attempt to speak to athletes but admit it was cool to congratulate him after the game.
It was cool after the game.
He is going to be the leader of this team, especially the defense no doubt.
He was giving out more than skittles and hi fives. Game towels, gloves...noticed one little kid got a game ball.

Some Vols become legends.
I am confident that Henry T will be pone of those!
He is already well on his way.

Henry T. Didnt standout much to me at the beginning of the season (He was a freshman learning on the fly so I expected it). The final 3 or 4 games he really started to make some big plays, against Indiana he was EVERYWHERE. Easily his best game as a Vol. I think the game is starting to slow down for him. Going to be a special player. No doubt in my mind he will be a 1st round pick when he leaves.

There's a highlight video I watched of a fan giving him a pack of skittles. He then started sharing it when he ran around celebrating.

Thanks for the post - good stuff. We saw him give a kid a towel- cool gesture. He was so genuine as he smiled the entire time and had was having fun.

We forget this is a child ‘s game.

Not sure where you see 240? He is listed on utsports at 332, which is notoriously wrong. Most football programs are not really accurate and most guys lose a little wieght as the season progresses. He dosen't look 240 or even 230 really. He looks small compared to other players and former great Tennessee linebackers.

Good thing is he can make plays, which means when he gets more strength and experience he should get even better. Hopefully, an Al Wilson or probably more Eddie Moore type linebacker.

I know the numbers may have our D line looking better but did not seem like they were dominate. Definitely not even an average D line of the 90's. I do think they have improved and are moving in the right direction to be dominate, just not there yet. When they get better it will open more up for Heny T.

With his name, he needs a nickname... how about "Mr." or "Sir"?
Mr. T would be awesome. Plus it would help Kesling out tremendously, lol. I pitty the fool that meets him in A gap. Love everything about this young man! He was clearly better than most true freshman at the beginning of the season, but still continued to grow and improve all season. Not to mention he is showing some definite potential to be a wonderful person off the field. The kind of guy people yearn to be around and support.
