'27 TN WR Kesean Bowman

Yep. Along with Elarbee, whose OLine has been fantastic this year. Last year, they fired Martinez before he produced one of the best CB tandems in the SEC.

VN seems to know exactly when to fire a coach!
And โ€œchoke once per year Hypullโ€ is NEXT

It doesnโ€™t matter that he put up 41 against an NFL defense!!

If you can stand to click on the video, the forward to the 6 minute mark you'll see the above catch at a different angle.

"He's one of my favorite coaches, by far," Bowman said of Pope. "It's not just football. We talk about my family. We talk about school. It's not just about football, so it's, like, a genuine connection." -247
We better pay Pope whatever it takes to keep him here for the foreseeable future. He's arguably become the best recruiter on staff.

Based on what I looked up, he's only the 9th highest paid WR coach in the SEC. That needs to change in a big way this off-season.

**Side-note for any Kelsey Pope haters still out there**

WR's that transferred out: 22 rec, 499 yds, 3 TD

Chris Brazzell alone this year: 25 rec, 426 yds, 6 TD

Yeah, you nailed it, but letโ€™s not underestimate the effect of having a good QB. Our WRs are having fun out there again. 2023-2024 were challenging.

It was both positions playing poorly, though. WRs dropped balls that were well thrown. Keyton mis-tracked well thrown deep balls. And injuries have been killers, namely to Bru, Squirrel, and Thornton.

In fairness to those receivers from last year โ€ฆ they did have you know who throwing or not throwing to them .. so do we truly know how good they were ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰

But Kelsey Pope canโ€™t develop and he doesnโ€™t get off the couch to recruit ๐Ÿ™ƒ
