If Bama beat's Tx A&M then our game at Bama will be at 3:30 on CBS. If Bama gets beat this week the game will move to ESPN at 7:00.

CBS has exercised a six-day selection option for games on October 24. The games under consideration are Tennessee at Alabama and Texas A&M at Ole Miss. The game selected by CBS will air at 2:30 CT/3:30 ET, while the other contest will air on ESPN at 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET. Selections will be made following games of Oct. 17

We officially broke the "Vern and Gary" curse for 3:30 CBS games so maybe this is a good thing!

Hopefully we'll be the evening game on ESPN then because I want Texas A&M to win.

This brings up a question I had about that game. MBRO obviously wants TAM to win.

What does everyone else think? I ask this question not in terms of what you want, but more specifically what you think will help the team win? Does a loss to TAM deflate or infuriate Bama?

A loss for Bama takes them out of the west race and out of Final 4 consideration.

Please put us at night so I don't have to endure Lundquist and Danielson again.

Driving down to T town this year. Can't decide if I would rather sleep in but get back late, or wake up early and still probably get back late...

I believe Bama winning would help us in the new tiebreaker system, if we find a way to win out.

Pretty sure Bama has won 8 of the 9 games before ours over the last 9 years, hasn't really helped us when they win. That team is deadly focused on us and we won't be over looked, no matter what

Pretty much and true, which means Bammer often just mails it in a that point. If they're out of NC contention they have a history of just showing up and waiting for next year.

Well I'm going to be at the game so the only aspect in which this affects me is what time I have to wake up/ get to Tuscaloosa

I prefer them lose to A&M and us.

That was because they were much better than us. This is the first year we've fielded a team competitive team that doesn't go in as an automatic loss.

To be honest we haven't fared well against Bama on CBS or ESPN. I really do not think it matters much though I cant stand Verne and Gary jock riding Bama all day so I say lets move it to ESPN
