So just an observation here, but I have been thinking about this big boom in talent we have had in Nashville over the last couple of years. I feel like the TN titans franchise moving to TN had more impact on in-state recruiting than we know. Look at a couple of things.
1. Franchise moved up here in 97 I believe, with the stadium being built in 99. The kids in the last couple of classes are in that age range of people that may have moved, in regards to jobs. A lot of coincidence, yeah, but maybe some not so much. Think how many jobs that brought to the area directly related and unrelated.
2. Some Impact is more obvious i.e CJ Sanders (Former Titans WR son), and Van Jefferson (Titans WR coach.)
So in conclusion. Franchise brought jobs, and athletes having kids. I know, obvious post of the year, but still interesting Here is to hoping Chris Johnson has 30 kids, and they all grow up in Nashville :good!:
