'27 TN S Jarrell Chandler (Clemson commit)

It will be interesting to see if the "Heupel can make any QB work" belief holds true this year. It will be the toughest test of that belief in his Tennessee tenure. Faizon Brandon is now the betting favorite to win the job, which tells you hie disastrous GMac's spring was. Drastic improvement from George or an unlikely overchievement from an SEC true freshman are what that idea hinges on.
But if he makes Brandon good this season, you know folks will write it off, saying, “well Brandon is a 5*, of course he’s good.”

It's over for Dabo and Clemson. I'm surprised any top recruits still go there.
Well..... they got that fancy chair and they got that rock and they get to ride a bus to their home games and they get to run down a hill and the coach has a funny name and he drops sick rhymes and he makes sweet recruiting videos. I suprised all the top recruits don't go there

whaaaaaaat? no way. I don't believe you.

Either or proposition, hard sell, mediocre results, refusal to lean on NIL.
FWIW... Clemson has started to use NIL this cycle. I think Dabo has come to the understanding that he can live with barely any transfers -- but to do that, he has to pay for high schoolers and play them right away

Tennessee began their senior evaluations last week as the high school football season kicked off in many states. Tennessee will be watching closely to see how Jarrell Chandler and Miles Brown look in the early season. I’m not sure Tennessee would add both in the secondary, but I could see potentially one of them being a target for a possible flip.
