I've never seen a car with Ohio plates pass anything, in any lane. Ride next each other doing 50 in a 70... Seen that a lot.

You haven't been up here very much then. People love to come up behind you in the middle lane, with the left lane clean clear to flagtown, and for some reason they merge into the right lane and pass on the right just so they can flout the rules of the road or something.
