Real nice comparison. The 5 or 6 seasons he was fully healthy, Charles was as good as it got. Great combination of run/catch. Loved watching him play. His game was a lot like Alvin's.DGG reminds me a lot of Jamaal Charles who played at Texas and then with the Chiefs. Just a really nice combination of balance, power and speed.
DGG will end up playing at 215 or even heavier. Runs with power idk if CJ2K had on his best day. As far as top end speed I think DGG claims a laser time of 4.39— for a guy his size that’s a PROBLEM. Of course Johnson ran something crazy like a 4.24.I know you're stuck on that comp and I'm not saying it's not a good one, but Gurley coming out of high school was an inch taller and 4 lbs heavier than Georges as a junior.
Yeah I can definitely see him playing in the 215-220 range.DGG will end up playing at 215 or even heavier. Runs with power idk if CJ2K had on his best day. Well, Todd Gurley at Georgia was 220-225 lbs. Georges has time to put on additional good weight, too. I'm just saying that at the same stage, they were nearly identical in height/weight.Todd Gurley looked huge at Georgia. I know some guys can have similar measurables and look totally different. I think that's the case here.
