Wish it weren't so, but I'm not buying the "This isn't over today, once he sees how our offense looks in the fall, he can still switch" argument. These days elite QB's get locked in early and don't switch during their senior season. If I'm missing any examples in the last 5 years, I'd love to be wrong.

I can’t imagine being on the phone that much. I can’t even fathom what I would talk to these coaches about if they called me every day.

If you were a kid, and the greatest college coach of all time wanted to talk to you every day, you'd probably take the call with a huge grin. Hell, if he weren't the head coach of our biggest rival, and the worst single thing to ever happen to Tennessee Football, anyone at any level of playing, coaching, or watching CFB would talk to Saban every day if given the chance.
