Not gonna lie, that's a pretty well-thought and mature way to make that announcement. Can't blame a kid for following his heart. I hate that it helps Vandy. Hurting UGA is a little reprieve, though.

For all we know they shot their 50 to 75% of their NIL for him. If that's the case they can't afford to stack or keep much talent around him. So much unknown but honestly it's not something I'd get worried about at this point.

Their OC will likely be offered a head coaching gig somewhere and the most responsible for Vandy's run will be gone. It's a big deal for Vandy but not much else.

This is the same old talk. If Clark Lee is a consistent coach then Vanderbilt is going to be a consistent program. We have to get past the fact that VU is just Vandy and we should beat them by 50 every year. It looks like their program is being built from the ground up, and if they consistently win, they are a consistent threat to us and everybody in the SEC.
