'18 TN OL/DL Cade Mays (Transfer)

Dabo has had 2 OL drafted in his 9 seasons as Clemson HC. A 3rd rounder in 2014 and a 4th rounder in 2011. Even as sorry as the Vols have been in that time we've had 4 drafted, including a 1st rounder.

This is not directed at you, but this poster on tos stuff has got to stop. This coaching search showed that there are really no insiders. Just people jockeying for e-cred.

That's complete bs. Just because a few get it wrong or are "trolling" doesn't wipe out others who have legit info from time to time.

There are MANY posters on VQ who are connected to players/recruits/coaches in many different ways...they are high school coaches, friends of family, family members actually post (see mzterry), work in AD, etc.

There's a reason we share info and say "from a poster" or "TIFWIW"....it's up to the reader to process that info and believe it or not. But deciding you don't want folks to share nuggets at all from "posters" because it might be wrong is a YOU problem, pal. There are some really good connected posters on VQ and every once in awhile they are kind enough to share a tidbit or two. You should be appreciative of such things.

Put us on ignore if you don't like reading info shared from other sites. IDGAF.

Wrong! Read it or don't read it. If you do, take it for what it's worth..

What needs to stop is folks using fandom as an excuse for getting so personally invested in the lives of recruits/people they don't even know. Also folks need to stop getting so butt hurt when info doesn't pan out the way it was stated or the way the reader would like it to..

ridiculous that Cade and some of these families completely ignore this.

A week ago I posted that a Clemson homer said that he had inside info that Cade was a silent commit to Clemson. Was he correct? He said it’s silent because the family wanted Cade to take his visits and Dabo doesn’t allow visits if it’s a public commitment. I don’t know but maybe it’s a done deal. Like I said, the guy is a major Clemson homer but he swears it’s accurate. Just more speculation I hope.
