Go play in the frigid tundra of the BG18 versus an offer to play in the greatest conference in history of space and time.

Makes no sense.
He’s from Michigan and Wisconsin has produced great linebackers and absolutely love what he could turn out to be. Big Ten is a damn good conference too now. Obviously sec is better but don’t discredit the big 10 lol

Happy for the kid. Getting his school paid for. That said, any chance I can poopoo on another lesser conference, in a diff time zone, I gotta.

I wonder if UT is looking to add another linebacker for depth reasons or if this is VQ code for they'll be needing to add another linebacker because they will lose one of their committed ones?

Gass maybe?

I think they were trying to add a 3rd guy regardless

IMO it’s likely because we’re going to have 105 scholarships and this is the kind of instate kid who gets one of the 20 new ones.

Wanted them to push from the start. Kid can ball and is very versatile
My son goes to Page. Kid can play, has a fantastic football IQ. Isn’t explosive enough when he makes a decision. He has excellent measurables though. His sideline to sideline movement is really really good.

I think he is a better HS linebacker than Daniel Bituli and we took him. So I don’t know what this staff thinks.

Doesn’t Page have him kinda off the edge a good bit? Maybe he can improve ID the play and gain explosiveness that way. He’s pretty athletic
