Don't think he took an OV here recently. If he did OV, it would be back in 2017, which wouldn't apply here. Just showed up and enrolled in classes for the spring.

Not even sure if he signed any FAA and in his thread says he could be put on non athletic scholarship until June and be foward counted towards 2020.

Guess anyone that think he isnt a for sure take can stop that talk. We ain't wasting time going to mayors office for a guy we don't want. Dyersburg doesn't exactly churn out prospects so it is obvious it's soley for russell

So, up to this point in your mind, Russell’s recruitment has been about you?? Ok then.

Look, we’re gonna know in less than 3 weeks....that’s more than good enough for us imo. Just leave it alone please.

According to VQ, Gibbs OVd here and thus must count against the 2019 class. Idk when the OV was but it counts. I believe the non ahletic scholarship scenario is what’s going on with Solomon, made possible by the fact that he didn’t OV.
