where have you been? The DT play hasn't been bad, we were just young and hurt a lot. Both K. Mc and Tuttle are top notch guys who will play on Sundays barring further injury.

Totally agree on both of those guys. I don't think people realize just how good K Mac actually was as a true freshman.

K-Mac was really good as a true freshman IMO. He was actually dominant against the run, but he was able to pressure the pocket some as well just because nobody could move him off the line. Unfortunately he was not the same player at all last year after dropping so much weight. He wasn't anything close to being the same player strength wise either and who knows if that was a factor in his injury. It very well could have been.

I'm also a huge Tuttle fan but as you guys have said he obviously needs to stay healthy ever have a chance to become that dominant player we all think he can.

None of the players looked physically strong last year. The weight wasn't the issue just the physical strength or lack thereof. He shouldn't need to be 330lbs to hold the point in his second year. Especially considering how strong he was already when he hit the campus.

Kmac vs Georgia his freshman year was a dominant performance the second half. He and Austin Smith were killing the running game.

They sure were. It's crazy how much even Bama and Arkansas struggled to run the ball when K-MAC was in there. Nobody could move the guy. It's when he was out of the game that those two did their damage on the ground. He needs that physical strength he had freshman year back ASAP because that changes the entire complexion of our defense.

Both Shy (if he can stay healthy) and KMAC have the physical attributes to dominant. Tuttle is ahead of Kahlil with DT technique. Am really looking forward to this season.

You did it wrong. Fixed it for you. :)

This is a joke for the humor impaired.

Ok. I seent it now. Lol.

Dude you are out of it lol.

Go take a nap or something, we can hold down the GIFs for an hour!

Guys not being on the field kind hurts on the field production, wouldn't you say?

We haven't had a season of DTs consistently collapsing the pocket recently. That's a fact. It doesn't mean we don't have guys who have or can do that. But, for a number of reasons, we haven't seen it game in and game out for quite some time.

KMac's problem as a freshman was that he was a two down guy. He needed more conditioning work. He didn't bring as much to the field in pass rush situations as he did in running situations.

Can't count on Shy or KMac. Always hurt.

I love KMac, but he needs to stop tweeting and start playing football. Compared to his ranking and hype, he's done basically nothing.

Remember, I said, "compared".

What does tweeting have to do with not being able to play because of injury. I don't think he's been held out for sore thumbs.

Kmac was very good his freshman year. Had similar if not better stats than Thompson from UGA and Thompson was freshmen all SEC in 15. Kmac got snubbed that year.
