'20 TN DE Jay Hardy (Auburn commit)

What are you even talking about? Grimes is an OLB in our scheme and has nothing to do with Hardy’s decision.

@ 6'4 with crazy length He projects as a DE at the next level. Nobody with half a brain thought he would play linebacker for us ... keep up lil buddy

6’4 235. That’s an outside linebacker. Darrell Taylor and Kivon Bennett are 260 and play outside linebacker. In a base 4-3 yes he’s a DE but we’re a 3-4. The ideal DE in a 3-4 is 290 at the smallest

True. Amazes me how people don't get your last 2 sentences
Hormones and people thinking that someone else has the same values and logic. Also hard to break a cycle if you were raised in it. Values are instilled as a child, if they’re screwed up you’ll probably be in an uphill battle as far as social interactions and relationships.

Really not that surprised once we found out that the lead recruiter was Rodney Gardner. Rocker and Sherrer should have pushed to the end and not rely on just Hardy visiting every weekend.
I didn't think Rocker and Sherrer were his main recruiters. I think it was Ainsley and Sherrer.

Dude, he’s going to be an OLB if he comes here.

Couple things...

Right now, arguably one of Jeremy's 'strengths' is his ability to recruit, and, be a defensive coach. Not sure who recruited Jay; but, ultimately it's on Jeremy as HBC as to who he signs. What i do know is you have a kid, 1 hr from Knox - at a position of need, dire need. You've gone and gotten several of top in state kids, you've positioned yourself well to close a solid group of defensive players in state. Kid has been to see us 8 times, 8.

Whoever or however this happened, its on Pruitt as battle captain. As an elite recruiter you've got to be prepared for negative recruiting. And it seems that we continually lose those battles.

If its Rocker, or his reputation. He has to go. We cannot continue to lose battles on Dlinemen. it's happened too often over and over.
One of the rumors floating around is that he was upset CJP never came to visit him. Not sure how true it is. Hoping that someone who follows recruiting more than me can weigh in on this.
