'20 TN DE Jay Hardy (Auburn commit)

The overwhelming majority of players who were verbally committed to a school prior to the early signing period, did sign with the school who they were committed to during the early signing period. Of course, he can wait until February 4th to sign, but that isn't what most players do unless there is indecision at hand. I said it another post, I do not believe one single word of any supposedly "insider information" on the recruiting forum of VolNation anymore. Not if it's from you or anyone else. It's BS. Hardy could have been paid... I can easily believe that he was. I just don't believe that anyone on this forum is privy to credible information regarding such activity. The people who are, would never bring it here. And let's face it, the track record of self-proclaimed "insiders" on this forum really sucks.

That's your business of what you choose to believe or not believe. As for me I have an excellent track record for what I do and where my info comes from. As far as the kid he might just like the attention and want his moment. As for what the majority does who cares? Its all about his personal preference and decision. Money or not

Ok... nobody cares just dnt complain when they are wrong. Recruiting is fluid, if you can't stomach it, get out

My only comment here is didn’t he already have his moment when he originally committed to Auburn? Not sure what’s going on with this recruitment, but this kid not signing tells me at the very least he is conflicted

Well there are two ways Hardy can look at the way Auburn played today. First, man I can start here next year, or secondly, I do not want to go to such a messed up team, Gus is gone for sure after next year, if he makes it that long. If he looks at option two that can only help the good guys.

Exactly. How many "moments" does a kid need? It makes sense that there is either some indecision on his part, or someone close to him is pulling him in another direction from where he wants to go.

This is true. Information and the decisions of teenagers are always subject to change. I also think it's true, that we have had posters on the VolNation recruiting forum who have misrepresented how close they are to sources of first-hand information. There is a difference between being wrong and being a BS artist.
