TN Commit David Oku

Don't know if it has been mentioned, but Rivals has Oku listing UT has high interest. AU and SU are medium.

I hope we just land one of the 2 but both would be great. I think that Creer has some good years ahead of him as long as he can hold the ball unlike Foster

it would suck if Oku decides to go elsewhere b/c he thinks were going to land brown..
and then Brown ends up picking someone else later.

i would be PISSED !

i hope we get one of the two but if not we are still loaded at rb this year plus we have a good chance of landing the storm johnson dude in next years class.

I would be excited to get Oku. After reading this story about BB I am kind of leary.

The top-ranked player in last year's high school basketball class, Brandon Jennings, skipped college to play professionally overseas. Could the same thing happen in football? Brian Butler, the controversial manager of the top-ranked football recruit, Bryce Brown, is open to the idea. Butler told The Times that if approached by a Canadian Football League team, he'd consider sending Brown there. Butler said he planned to have someone explore the possibility of Brown playing in the C.F.L. next season. "If they were talking about any amount of real money, I'd guarantee it," Butler said of Brown potentially playing in the C.F.L. He mentioned a C.F.L. team paying Brown $5 million a year for three years. He added: "We're not playing around. I can promise you that. I'm not scared at all to do anything, and Bryce isn't either. Hey, he'll hurt your feelings. He's not worried about your feelings. He's worried about what's right and what's wrong."

Sounds like bryce already has a agent. I don't know about BB anymore, if he has guys like this around whats that say about him? Oku is playing around with us also. Maybe we should just let them both go elsewhere. The drama sucks.

the more i think about it, we may be better off not signing either one of these guys. Oku sounds like he is scored of the competition and Brown is a prima donna for sure. Not only that, but when you sign Brown, you get his "mentor" as well. Now, who wants that guy hanging around on campus???

Read Feldmans article on this guy at ESPN.com. Dude is a sleeze ball to the core. He is poisoning this poor kids head.
