Picture doesn't mean crap. I'm sure he was pressured into taking it - why would he decline? Would've been really rude.

Although I am worried overall - can't lose this guy.

He really doesn't look that enthused to be taking that picture. Is that his dad with him or a fan? Oku almost looks like he feels obligated to take the photo the way he's just kinda leaning in.

The AU fans are confident they will land both Phillips and Oku, but have no reasoning on their forum. It seems they believe a visit equals a commit. Hopefully they are disappointed on Wednesday.

Wow, Troop has put on a few pounds.

Then that makes the entire picture meaningless. Troop likely suggested them take a photo with the sign when he saw it. Hence the awkward pose by Oku.

maybe i am slow, but wth could this kid possibly get at Auburn that he couldnt in Knoxville? Auburn isnt even the top school in its own state and they are running what i guess is a version of the spread? plus, UT is running the same system that produced Reggie Bush and Lenda.... lets just say Reggie Bush. i dont get it.

I was lurking on a Bama board and happened to see this.

I'm been shooting crap with Dave Oku. I've been talking crap about AU. Anything you want me to tell these guys?

Oku said he loves Auburn. I told him it was a terrible place to live and then a huge fight broke out betwen a few guys. I told him "see, that's Auburn for you" he cracked up. Shoemaker told me Oku already committed to AU though. RTR

I hope this fool is just trying to be cool.... he seemed pretty serious

I don't think we get Oku. Would love to have him, but if not, oh well, we'll move on to bigger and better things without him.
