"I'm tired of all that," Oku said. "I'm not going to Oklahoma State. I don't know where that came from. I'm just ready to get it over with and get ready to go up to Knoxville."
"That's the first thing I did," Oku said about developing relationships with Tennessee players. "I knew I wanted to build a relationship with those guys. There are 10-15 guys that would know who I am if I went down there right now. I'm going for the players, the school, and the offense that coach Kiffin is bringing. It's hard to find a school that's not running the spread. I'm excited about it.
"I really don't want to red-shirt," Oku said. "(Kiffin) understands that. He told me even if I don't start then I can return kicks. He told me I would be involved and I think that's big because I would be getting to play even if it's not at running back right away."
