what pisses me off, why the hell didn't hooker ask him if he planned on visiting UT on the 19th. that alone could've told us alot.

Firstly his name is Giles.

Secondly, Oku has already stated he wasn't afraid of competition.

Thirdly, why would he commit two days before his visit to us?

Fourthly, Giles has been helping recruit him.

I was under the impression that he hasn't made visits to Mich, and Neb yet. Is that true?

I think we grab him, but does that mean Thigpen will definetly move to CB. We have 4 RB commits

On the surface it would look as if he would choose Lousiville since it's the only school he's visited. But I just can't see him there. The only reason I could see him going there for is early playing time. But I'm with most people here, I think he's a Vol. He wants his announcement to be dramatic. That's why he denying the Tennessee committment. The pull from G. Jones and J. Giles is too strong here.

Heres the thing about rivals, in my experience with their stuff. The articles they post are alot of times based on information that isnt the real latest. Im not premium here or rivals, but the stuff here seems to be up to the minute info, where as rivals seems to be some old stuff. Some f the stuff I see on rivals, I see on ESPN and scout 2 or 3 days before I see it on rivals, and I go on every site, every day.

Giles is listed as number 5 as home run threat.
Oku is not.

Giles is list as number 2 for best in space.
Oku is not.

How is Oku better on rivals if they list Giles better in these categories and Oku in none?

he has the ability to carry the rock 25plus times a game, i dont think giles can do that

he did not like his louisville visit and i doubt seeing them get stomped by kentucky helped much...

I think Oku can be a feature back, a guy you can build an offense around. Im not sure Giles is that guy, maybe more of a complimentary type back. of course Im frequently completely wrong.

With many "experts" calling him the most explosive back in the class, how can you not build an offense around him?
