TN Commit David Oku

Who cares where he goes at this point. Between Butler, Brown and Oku. It is a 3 person circle jerk with Hostesses on the sideline.

I hear that Oku and BB are now going to sign together at the same place, same time. There are rumblings that the recruits and entire families/friends/girlfriends/baby-mommas/mentors/coaches will all arrive in a tiny car before entering in the back of the "big top" tent. It's being sponsored by the Wringley Bros.

Good stuff, good stuff... the only things that made checking in on this train wreck of a situation worth the time.

Sudden Impact.....I am a UT fan throughout and have always been. By no means a troll. I have no idea why I am even responding to you because most of your posts are laced with anger and venom....especially to newcomers. Im just saying, do we really need a crazy person thats all about himself? I think we will be fine at that position next year. Hopefully 2010 will offer a talented group of RBs that fans will be proud to cheer for. Now go ahead and bash me because I know you enjoy it..cheers

Good post. Born a husker but with sister from Tenn. Vols easily became my other favorite. I agree with you for both teams. The boy with overactive hormones and lack of commitment. Looks like a problem wherever he goes. This post is interesting to me with with both Skers and Vols in the mix.

isn't it nice how much classier huskers fans are than those ducks in the brown board and that whiny trojan in charles'.

with oku's attitude and apparent lack of competitive will i doubt he contributes wherever he goes in spite of his terrific talent

David Oku will not end up at Tennessee. the Vol staff has not contacted him recently.

After all of this crap I say good riddance(sp)...

Seriously, I can say with all sincerity that I won't be sad if he signs somewhere else...and I won't be happy if he signs here

I suspect that Oku will not have the grades to get into school and we will be after better prospects next season.

A few of my posts were laced with anger and venom towards a new comer by the name of Wheaton4prez and deservely so.

Check out the thread projections for remaining recruiting class and see I was not shock at OKU being in Neb.

Telling Oku to stay away and not come without knowing his complete situation if far more venonous than banging on a Troll. If the shoe fits wear it.

the ship has sailed on this one

I wouldn't go that far. He's taking an unofficial to Auburn. That may bode well for us in the end, because he is clearly not sure Auburn is the place for him or he wouldn't have to take a visit there. He may also come here. He still says things are dead even in his mind.

In the video, Oku said that the Vol coaches pressured him to recommit at some point. He didn't say if it bothered him or not, just stated the fact. Not surprising at all and perfectly within their right to do so.

Ringling maybe? or are you talking about the gum?
Are you telling me you really know the name? I was going to look it up, but I deemed it not important enough and that those with a funny bone wouldn't care. I guess you fall in to the group that doesn't have a funny bone?:dunno:

This kid says "the only team to pressure him to sign was Tennessee". Kid went to nebraska for more classes only so he doesnt have to go to prep school for a year, no interest in Nebraska at all. Still between Auburn, syracuse, ut, and mississippi. my gut says Auburn. likes syracuse cause its new york, con is new staff, likes what miss did last year but never been there, likes auburn (hello they signed four new rb's) and then theres tennessee likes the people but new staff is the con.
