Based on his offer list I’d be really worried if we weren’t the team to beat.

no clue who this kid was, txted my buddy at baylor & he think he's elite and about to rise quickly. transfer from ohio, every offer has come in '25. interception machine, had 6 as a sophomore
He is another Canadian guy at Baylor. He just went to a school in Ohio for a year before Baylor last year.

Watched him in person vs McCallie and he had 3 interceptions in the first half (including a pick six). Him and DGG made that game over in the first quarter. All were against Keeyshawn Tabuteau who has P4 offers, including one he straight up ripped away from him. He needs to add more mass to his frame but he's about 6'0, smooth, and physical. Has receiver background so really good ball skills. Think he would be a great zone corner but don't see it being an issue fitting into Tennessee man coverage for corners. Saw him again vs McCallie on tv in state championship game and had another pick. Big time special teamer as well.

I like the kid, has some McCoy to his game

It’s almost like they don’t use recruiting rankings to evaluate recruits.
Not saying they should but they have a glaring need for young corners as it seems more trend toward safety and they’ve gone back to back to back classes with letting blue chip in-state corners leave 🤷‍♂️

I’m excited about the Colorado kid too but this is his fourth commitment in 3 years. He’s not exactly guaranteed to be here next year

Maybe they like Theodore more than Harris. Maybe they like Harris, but he is asking for more money than they see him as valued. Maybe the think Zay Anderson and Theodore are two CBs who fit what they do better. There is a lot more to it than how they’re ranked, especially in the NIL era.

Also, sounds like they really liked what they saw of Redmond at CB this spring.

What do you see as being our biggest hindrance in recruiting?
