Yeah, I knew he had committed to them back in December. Just hadn't seen Tennessee mentioned with him much at all before that. He's kind of just flown under the radar attending school in Knoxville alongside his cousin, who is a Tennessee commit. Just kind of weird how little he's been talked about in general. Recruitment seems similar to that of Harrison Smith, who never really gave Tennessee the time of day, either.Notre Dame commit. Not sure what happened.
He started at Bearden and is the younger brother of 2 time state champion Qb Penny Smith.. with Fulton when they dominated the city.. Penny still trains and coaches high school ball in the Knoxville area… I’ve known both for their whole lives and Chas is a really good player with length not necessarily that fastest but a really good skill set.. don’t think there was much traction either way but I am rooting hard for him to succeed.Yeah, I knew he had committed to them back in December. So Anderson isn’t better than Smith? Was buried on the corner board behind better prospects that we missed on
Anderson is a 4 star athlete on 1 service. He’s not a consensus 4 star corner though. I’m not saying he’s not good. I’m saying Smith was behind prospects that were better than him that we missed on, and we did. Zyan Gibson and Samari Matthews were at the top of our board and we missed on themSo Anderson isn’t better than Smith?
Theodore?
Theodore locked up some good players all across the south last year.
Anderson is now a 6’1” 180 (4 star) that is a 200 meter state champion.
We got commitments from those guys. Tell us more about how Smith is better than these guys….
