TN and A&M CBS 3:30 next week

I'm so stoked this is the CBS game (not that I like TV TO's on every change of possession) but that makes it 2:30 aTm time. I don't have to sit around the hotel all freaking day. We're staying in the Woodlands which I think is about 90 minutes- 2 hours away. Get up, mosey over to the parking lot, tailgate for a few hours, go to came, drive the speed limit back, UBER to bars nearby to celebrate.

We are staying right up the road from you in conroe. Fly in on Friday.

Just saw the game time confirmed for UT-A&M on CBS from The NFL Gameday show.

2:30 Saturday w/Verne & Gary again....oh boy.

...and likely a 4th straight 3:30 kickoff for Alabama. We've not had that kind of exposure since the late 90's.

I hate having to listen to those 2 clowns hoping and wishing for Tennessee to lose.

They make me want to puke.

The only good thing is being the SEC game of the week so often should help our recruiting with some of the top recruits...I hope!

Just keep finding a way to WIN and all will be fine.

I would love to WIN out, get the WIN for a 2nd time over either aTm or the bammers in the SECCG, WIN over Clemson in the playoffs and then totally crush urban cryer and the ohio state SUCKeyes in the National Championship game.

Doing that and I can die a very happy Tennessee fan.

Earning respect and climbing the rankings WIN by WIN...VFL...GBO!!!

I agree. I wish this Team 120 would start fast & score fast & end the game fast.

I'd be happy if TN would play a full complete game & stop coming from behind each game for the win.

This coming from behind w/a win will bite us in the butt these next 2 games.

Maybe so...but they get 1 6-day exception for a game and they used it for this coming weekend. Their other option is Ole Miss-Arkansas...now who do YOU think CBS is going to pick? There are no other legitimate options for that week

CBS gets 2 6-day extensions per year.

Can anyone post what Texas aTm threads are saying about their game last night and our game with them this week?

That's not a given yet. It depends on whether we win or lose to A&M. If we beat A&M then yes we will most likely be playing Bama on CBS at 3:30 the following game. If we lose to A&M then ESPN Networks can kick in to take over the UT-Bama game.

Don't mean they will for sure but they have the rights depending on the outcome of games. If we do end up playing Bama on ESPN or ESPN2 it will more than likely be a night game at 7:00-7:15 PM start time.

If Tennessee wins next week, I look for CBS to make it a night game. Neyland would be rocking. Going to A&M has worried me since before the season.

CBS could possibly make it a primetime game with so much on the line if we have beaten A&M. However, it would be more likely to still be a 3:30 PM EST start.

It will depend on the results of the UT-A&M game next Saturday. That will determine which network the UT-Bama game will be on & what time.

Nope, they already used the 6 day exemption in this game. Bama will be announced Monday

I'm pretty sure they only get one and a double header which they have already chosen for LSU/Bama

Late edit: night CBS game Nov 5

I think you're right. So, the UT-Bama game should be on the ESPN family of Networks but likely ESPN itself like I said around 7:00-7:30 PM in a primetime matchup.

I'm wrong on the double header, they get two. A noon 3:30 double header on Nov12 and a 3:30 8:30 on Nov 5
