Yeah, i had all access passes once to a Montgomery Gentry concert (big big fan) and she was their opener.

She didnt really hang out much, pretty much with her boyfriend the whole time prior to the show, but she was nice when i spoke to her and put on a good show.

If I understand your comment correctly... I think that's probably what Jones expected. I think he expected and wanted JG to pass QD. JG hasn't developed mentally as fast as expected and QD just won't get out of the way... he keeps performing better and earning the job.

If that's true... then there could be a divided coaching staff and team. One of the commentators last Saturday mentioned that he didn't like the body language of the team after JG came in. If that is true and meaningful then it would support the notion that the players think QD should be the starter and aren't happy that the head games continue.

There have been a few interviews in which Kelly has demonstrated that he likes and respects Dormady. He talked in one of them about their time in mop up in earlier years and how they talked about things when it came their turn. The only thing I've ever heard him say about JG is the talking point: "We have confidence in whichever QB is in the game".

Nothing conclusive... just smoke drifting in a particular direction. If Kelly's the leader of the O... and he thinks QD should be the guy based on what he's experienced in practice... and Jones is still trying to find a way to let JG win the job... not good.

de1 has always posted to support his selfish agenda. When a coach wasn't happy with him/his company he publicly came on here to bash them and try to turn recruits away from UT. Then he had a change of heart when money was placed in his hand and the doors were opened. He's the used car salesman that smokes 3 packs a day and knows strippers by name. JMO

No,it's not just this one post,it when someone says fire Butch you say it won't happen. If someone says this coach or this coach should be hired you say it will never happen. If you know this as fact ,I appreciate it,if you don't then it is just opinion. Everyone doesn't agree with everyone's opinion but that doesn't make theirs any less than yours.

Exactly how did I make Butch the victim? Absence of any facts, why would we blame Butch for this? Why are we jumping to the conclusion this situation - if there really is one - has anything to do with Butch or how the program is run. This could be a position coach making TKjr second string.

I could turn this around and say that no matter what happens with any player, you are blaming Butch whether it is justified or not.

I guess you just want to throw accusations my way without bothering to look at any of my posts and see my feelings about Butch and the program and whether I would flip one way or the other.

I'm just trying to be reasonable about this and I have an expectation for players to be responsible for their own actions.

I understand you don't want to be reasonable and blame everything on Butch, but please don't put words in my mouth that I haven't spoken. If it turns out Butch did something egregious, then I will change my tune. Until then, simmer down.

I like Lyle Allen Jones, but he has not lived up (IMO) to the hype. If he's upset about anything related to what happens or happened on the field, then he's a cry baby. If he's upset about off the field stuff, then step up and be a leader, control the locker room and quit blaming fans rumors and media. This team desperately needs leaders, not responsibility evading MAC coaches.

I guess I'm old school, if you agree to coach a school and receive millions upon millions, then make the best of whatever situation there is. Mid season is to early for the current sh!t storm surrounding our program. Suggest backing our team 100% from here on out, then let the chips fall where they may.

He never does. Tries to tell recruits not to come to UT and litters the RF with negative agenda.

Then he's invited back on campus for a camp and everyone is perfect all of the sudden. "Paid"

He needs the attention and will do anything for it. I've tried to leave the other rumors alone but even if true shouldn't come from him because he's lost all credit to be honest good or bad.

You could. It just wouldn't be true. Situations like this are never as simple as he's right and he's wrong. But in this situation... someone IS responsible. That's Jones.

They are. But they don't live in a vacuum or develop a bad attitude exclusive of the HC.

I don't blame him for everything. I've been very careful all along not to blame him for things that I didn't have at least a decent case for believing.

I don't know what happened for sure but being "bad" doesn't make the info true. The source seems to be credible and the information seems to be consistent with other things that have happened.
