He found a new way to slow down our offense--instead of flopping with fake injuries he just has "conferences" with the refs.

Working the refs is good coaching. I've seen good coaches do that. If your defensive end is getting held every play don't shrug your shoulders and look down at your chart. Get on the refs face and say "#78 is holding every play"

The ref may act like he's blowing you off, but rest assured, human nature will draw his eyes to that guy the very next play.
