Thanks. They wouldn't take a contingency on us selling our house (needed to sell it quickly), so we quickly put our house on the market. We got 5 offers on our house in the first 3 days, and as soon as we received one that we liked...the other house went under contract. It's a cash offer contingent on an inspection, so I'm not very optimistic that it will fall through. Back to the old drawing board.

We are very pleased to learn that our house should quickly go for what we want for it. Now to find somewhere to live...

finding one is the easy part, sounds like you have the hard part done, if you have an offer on your home

Update - Put an offer in on a bank-owned, under-priced house, and it has turned into a bidding war. Should know something by EOD tomorrow. If it works out, great. If not, we're still great...and still looking.
