New Balance and Puma have dipped their feet into supplying World Cup soccer uniforms with contracts. They're probably the most likely.

Fila is pretty big overseas. But other than fashion, they've never tried to push into the US market to my knowledge.

Nothing in that is a political statement, nor was it, until you made it. 😂
As bad the University’s virtue signaling a few years ago with new gender-neutral pronouns ‘ze’ and ‘xym’ was, it’s even worse embracing this inflammatory garbage Nike is putting out now as their face of the brand and, by proxy, the face of our University.

Kick rocks, Nike. ✌🏼✌🏽✌🏿

I've been waiting for an opportunity to use the ignore option since we've had the new site..tks

Would you rather be influenced by Nike's $$$$ or the House of Haslam's $$$$?

For some reason I have so much more personal hate for the Haslams. Even though Nike's ethical treatment of workers is worse than anything the Haslams have done, I still dislike the Haslams more.

I think Kap is an idiot, but I'm not going to boycott Nike, nor do I think we should go with UA because they made a politically charged commercial. I don't think it was particularly smart on their part, but it will be short lived.

I too think Cap is an idiot, but the commercial is anything but political.

Well whether they want it to be or not, it is somewhat polarizing. There is a reason they didn't tell the NFL or disclose this campaign a day or two before it debuted.

There's baggage that comes with UA as well.

Every time people get butthurt about the politics of a company we get these VN comments like "I haven't watched the NFL in 15 years" or "I've never owned anything from Nike". What is this comment even about? Are people looking for approval? Isn't this comment a type of virtue signal? How are you a Tennessee fan and haven't watched the Super Bowl in 15 years? Those are conflicting realities. How are you into sports and never had anything Nike? Nobody believes you.

What does being a Tennessee fan and not watching the Super Bowl have to do with each other? I haven't watched it for the last 3 years. I also didn't watch the national championship college game the last 2 years. Not intended as any kind of virtuous thing. I just don't GAS about either game unless UT is in one of them.

What you don't like to watch actual football? lol. In case you haven't noticed Tennessee hasn't played any actual football in 3 years.
