Yep. Because he is the reason Bray threw poorly, CP dropped another critical deep ball, and the D pretty much stank it up. His 37 offensive pts vs a D that avg'd 16.5 coming in... was the reason they lost.

Truth is, he's probably the main reason UT was in this ball game at the end.

Nah GA missed 2 extra points too. So thats 4 pts fou UT and 2 for GA. Pretty much evened out. Bray played with heart today but again he struggled against the better teams.

IMO if you score 44 points we should win every game we play. The defense just got ripped tonight. They have to do a better job at taking away the edge or they will never win against a good team

We have no defense. The lb's cannot control the edge. The insde lb's are trying to cover the middle and when they cheat to help on the edge runners cut back to the middle and no one is there to stop them. The secondary is out of position in most every play. We should junk the 3-4 and go back to the 4-3. The ends should be guys with experience. Bohanna and Miller maybe?

I believe your missing the point.

The fan base see's Chaney's ineffectiveness at periods throughout the game when he begins to lose the aggressiveness and gets "cute", which usually backfires.

Lining up Howard in the wild-cat today. UGA was loaded in the box and read it well.

Constant end-a-rounds and reverses. They are great when they work and when they fail, usually it's epic and places the offense in such a negative hole on the next two plays of the series that the opposing defense knows we are going to throw no matter what.

That won't work. In fact, he is not as good as Dooley and it would be a waste of money. If the Administration wants to fire Dooley after the 2014 season, they must replace him with a better coach. Saban is not leaving Bama, Meyer is not leaving OSU, and the Old Ball Coach is too old to change again. Gruden was fired at Tampa, Lovie Smith can not win a title at Chicago, and ND coach is not leaving. Dooley will get the job done.

That "cuteness" put them back in the game today with CP's run. The fake reverses contributed to Neal finding more room up the middle. There was NOTHING wrong with the playcalling today. There were several execution problems... but the playcalling was good.

I seen what I wanted to see today other than a win. I wanted to see how we played after the UF letdown. Our players are growing up right before our eyes. Nobody ever talks about it on here but the thing our players have to do is "learn how to win." They've lost ever since they got here. It's evident were getting closer to "learning how to win." We didn't panic today. We kept bouncing back. We'll get there. The best teams in the land stay on a even keel no matter what happens in a game. We did that today. Were on our way to getting our wins.

I actually think this game was the first proof this team has had that it belonged on the field with anyone. I doubt our guys feel like underdogs anymore when they walk onto the football field. Rivera said this week that: "I always feel like we are underdogs in these big games."

Benefit of the doubt here. I was actually unsurprised with the decision (not a compliment), and if we had a competent kicking game, perhaps it would be defensible.

I screamed at the tv when the kicking team came out. - Gonna trust the OP on this one. I guess it is stupid in a way to talk to televisions since no one in the picture can hear you. Not sure that was what OP was intending, however.

Let's go throw 5 mil at gruden - Taken literally, I suppose it would be stupid to throw five million dollars at Gruden. First, I imagine it would be difficult to physically throw that much currency at one time. Second, usually there needs to be some kind of contract in place before one cedes possession of money. I think it's possible that the point was to attempt to hire Gruden as our football coach, though.

So in my opinion, you're calling a string of facts/reasonable opinions stupid because you wish they weren't true/can't refute them. Worse for America, JMO, GBO, VFL.

youre right. I don't like the vols. Thats why I watch every game (and have everyone for the past 17 years) and get on this board and talk about how it ruins the weekend if they lose. Dumbazz. just because I'm critical when they lose and expect to be able to win "some" of our rival games doesn't mean I'm less of a fan than you or anyone else

A lot of people are saying that we proved we could run the ball today, and we certainly did better than we have been. But isn't it possible that our success was due in large part to UGA focusing on the pass? There were stretches in this game where it seemed Hunter didn't suit up at all
