He really helped his son Nico reach his goals by being a nationwide embarrassment. Honestly could see Nico not recovering from this. Guess it’s time for him to serve up some volleyballs.

I was a huge believer in Nico… i never bash players but this is a huge mistake on his families and his part from nothing more than a football point… he has been in the system for 3 years that was specifically being tailored for his skill set and growth… Qb1 of a playoff team and set up for major success… a good year would’ve earned em more then that raise with other endorsements… I believe he will still be good where he ends up but it can’t be UT because heup will lose the lockeroom for good… don’t wish any ill will on him it doesn’t even feel like it was his decision to make but I could care less what he does now… no one bigger than the program… let’s get us a transfer and let em battle it out With merk.

Nico was the 11th ranked QB in the conference last year and went half the season not being able to score TD's in the first half. The team talent got us to the playoffs. Nico simply handed the ball off and Sampson carried us. Jake or GMac can do the same exact thing which is let Heupel manage the game, relying on the run game and defense.

He had an outstanding RB in Sampson and a mediocre WR group. Sampson isn’t here and the WR is in question once again.

Sampson wasn't the only back. And we have the same questions about RB every year yet CJH keeps having a monster run game. Sampson was RB3 before last season bro. I'll take my chances with Bishop, Lewis, Star, & the scheme. WR is always a question but it doesn't stop us from getting 10 wins without stellar QB play. That defense is still pretty good, so is the special teams. So again the team talent is going to carry them, just like it did last year and the year before. Hendon was the last QB that truly carried the team.

ALL VOLS,rally around the players that wanna be a vol, let others go, pride and heart can make up for stars on rating systems, determination to win is what gets champions.
