Here's mine:

QB- Peterman
RB- Lane
WR- Howard
WR- Bowles
WR- North
TE- Downs
LT- Tiny
LG- Jackson
C- Stone
RG- Fulton
RT- James

DE- J. Smith
DT- Couch
DT- McCullers
DE- J. Williams
OLB- Maggitt
MLB- AJ Johnson
OLB- Sapp
CB- Coleman
SS- McNeil
FS- Moore
CB- Gordon

Just my thoughts- no idea, though. Interested to see what ya'll think. I really think our defense has a chance to keep us in games next year (unlike last year), and while this isn't exactly breaking news, our QB play will be the difference between winning 4 games and winning 8 games

No disrespect to the OP, but there is far too much irrational crap posted here daily. How bout some rational post for once?

These guys can hand with most any program. Its the second level of talent that seals it or steals it. Thanks for posting; I have no arguments, but I'd rather see how the 2nd level stacks up against SEC talent to predict where we'll be.

We will be the most conditioned team in the SEC! Dave Lawson will do his part to make the slow teams try to catch up to us. I hope we try to run to run Oregon type tempo. We will throw the SEC off and tire them out!

So if I'd left out the word irrational you wouldn't have thought to post anything? Why even open the thread then? Get a life.

Who knows who start at QB- I think there's several solid options that could work.

Who ever doesn't start at RB between Neal/Lane will be an extremely solid backup.

Obviously the WRs are deep but inexperienced. There is talent there though.

Not recruiting OL last year hurts us IMO. Although we've still got Bullard, Kerbyson, and Posey, not to mention our guys in this class (who I hope we RS)

DE depth is a shaky. Not sure whether LaTroy will move to DE in the 3-4 or stay at OLB, but some of the incoming guys may get a shot there. Really f'in wish we'd gotten Denico Autry last year

At DT we're solid this year, with Miller, Couch, Clark, Carson, O'Brien, and I think I might be forgetitng someone else back there. But depth there shouldnt be a problem IMO

LB all around is weak. Hopefully AJ and Maggit can stay healthy.

DBs I'm also skeptical about just because of how awful they were last year. Hopefully Randolph comes back strong from his injury. Would be nice to see Daniel Gray step up too- some things I've read have been high on him

McNeil and Randolph will be the safeties. I think Gray will start at CB over Gordon.

As for third LB it is between Sapp, Bynum, and Harris.

I'll take that over this year. Nothing wrong with the offence with CBJ's system. Still have concerns over defence ability, not necessarily scheme. Although, today's pick ups will help, i think we have a ways to go on D... VFL

QB: Worley
RB: Neal
WR: North
WR: Bowels
WR: Pig
LT: James
LG: Fulton
C: Stone
RG: Bullard
RT: Tiny

First take, all depends on the QB, this could be one of the best O-Line's in school history also people quickly forget Neal was one of the most productive backs in the SEC before his injury last year. I don't see why he wont pick up where he left off. If Worley and the talented but inexperienced WR core can build chemistry this offense could be just as productive as last year.

DE: Smith
3 Technique: Couch
NT: McCullers
DE: Williams
OLB: Maggitt
MLB: Johnson
WLB: Sapp
CB: Coleman
SS: Moore
FS: Randolph
CB: Jones

PR/KR: Young

The biggest question mark is the LB's and corner, need Maggitt and Randolph to both come back strong and this could at least be an average SEC defense, big improvement from last year. It will be interesting to see if Bynum or Harris can make a move to the 3rd LB spot. Hopefully Corey Miller can step it up and provide good depth at DE maybe Carr will be ready to play. I also see 4 down line allowing Couch to be more of a playmaker with McCullers drawing double teams Couch could wreak havoc. Daniel Hood should provide solid depth on the interior. Need one of the new guys to claim that second corner spot, allow Eric Gordon to stay at nickel.

QB- Worley
(Peterman may get some snaps, but I think Worley starts & puts up solid numbers this year)

RB- Neal
(Lane & some DY/Pig)

WR- Croom
WR- Howard
WR- Bowles
(Carter, Jenkins & Harris will see some solid PT)

TE- Downs
(We'll see Quinn & Meredith share snaps while Bransiel hopefully is a RS)

LT- Tiny
LG- Jackson
C- Stone
RG- Fulton
RT- James
(We're good here)

DE- J. Smith
DT- Couch
DT- McCullers
DE- J. Williams
(Will see a lot of C. Miller & O'Brien as major contributors)

OLB- Maggitt
MLB- AJ Johnson
OLB- Sapp
(Will see a lot of Bynum & Reeves-Maybin)

CB- Coleman
CB- Jones
Nickel- Gordon
(Will see a lot of Thomas & Gray)

SS- McNeil
FS- Randolph
(Will see a lot of Brewer & Orta)

While some may be disappointed w/ the signing class, I like the class and think they're high quality players that'll develop just fine over the next few years. GBO
