Mike Bobo has forgotten more football than the collective knowledge of this board will ever know and so has Tim Banks.

At the end of the day, our injuries on defense hurt us and #2, on defense, probably had his worst day in a Vol uniform - as did the freshman corner.

Redmond was probably planning on redshirting, today he looked like a true freshman. He will be good in a few years. We need one of our hurt cornerbacks back soon

Problem is most schools are having to play freshmen if their starters go down. With the portal and NIL it's not the old days where kids are willing to ride the pine and wait their turn. Our young DBs will continue to grow and be solid by the end of the season.

You do know he was missing his top 2 corners and top 2 DTs. McCoy in himself is worth 14 points ( remember what he did to Ryan Williams)

Florida is not good under Napier. LSU is overrated under Kelly. They barely beat Clemson who nearly lost to Troy and lost to GA Tech today. I feel good about the rest of the schedule. Napier will be looking for a mid major job by time we play them in November. Lagway threw three picks today, one was a pick 6. He's not being developed under Napier.

That’s the logical thinking. But I’ve stopped using l logic with uf. It’s one think to have a one sided series with UGA or Bama the last 20 years but UF is baffling. Many times we were the better team or had the game in control and choked.

One good year - you can’t be serious. I defense has improved by leaps and bounds every year he has been here. So much so that we have started getting numerous guys off the defense drafted again.
1st year here had little talent and still got us a bowl game. We are consistently one of the top teams for sacks, and tfls

Yeah...it looked great at OSU last year....and looked crappy against Syracuse. And one of the worst offenses in the SEC and 100th in the nation put 44 on Banks ass today. Good grief. Get back to me when his defense wins a championship of any kind.

4 Defensive starters out for the game--2 DL and both corners and a backup Edge. If those guys are healthy, it's probably not a close game. I have been and remain a Banks fan.

Wow. Just no. I mean, agree, defense was garbage today but the body of work so far at tn . . . This is just completely incorrect
