I disagree completely with you. He has a lot to lose if he is not healthy 100% and gets injured again. he has already showed what he can do the last year and 4 games this year. . Everything to lose and very little reward if he is not 100% healthy.

I understand your point, but if he was going to sit out the remainder of the season, why have the surgery?

It’s still a quicker recovery time even if he decides to skip the rest of the year. It’s still the best and least evasive procedure. Just my opinion.

also, the surgery strengthens the ankle afterwards if I understand correctly

No it doesnt. 2 to 4 weeks there is a video of the actual procedure with recovery time in the other thread. Will likely be back after LSU imo

Tua was back in 20 days with the same procedure. I expect to see Tillman vs Bama next Saturday.
