Reading the piece on ESPN, got me thinking..Should Tiger not qualify, should he be a captain's pick?

I am torn, he is remarkable and is the best alive, but he also seems to give a F less about international competitions.

Regardless of what it is, I always think the best available talent should get chosen. if there is a spot open, give it to the best person.

but if it comes down to that with Tiger... you have to pick him

The Captain's picks should go to someone that's playing well when the time rolls around, could be Tiger by that time, but I doubt it, JMO.
