we better not lose to Kentucky.. im coming down for my first VOLS game. if we lose that will be a very long trip back to PA.We had a better team last year with a bit more talent....not saying we won't make it to a bowl game....I still think we can
UGA - W
ALA - L
SC - L
MEM - W
MISS - W
VAN - W
KEN - L(again....I may change this, it's just how I feel at the moment)
That leaves us at 6-6
Possible, but I don't see us beating USCjr in Columbia.

You are more than likely correct. This is probably the best team SOS has had there and the worst shape UT has been in since he's been there.
One of the worst, most sickening things about the LSU loss is what it would have meant for UT's bowl hopes. It would have made 8-4 a realistic possibility and 7-5 maybe even a likelihood.
If UT doesn't get hammered by injuries the rest of the way, 7-5 isn't unrealistic. Even then UT probably would not get a favorable bowl bid but would at least get the extra practice and game experience for the young guys.

We may beat Kentucky....I just think it's a lot to expect 4 straight wins out of this team...like I said, I may end up changing the way I feel about that game later
The thing that hurts the most to me.... is that IMO, if we would have won this game, we would have been 4-4 going into the last four games of the season. We would have had momentum, and would have blasted Georgia before losing to Bama & SC. Now, we will be lucky to win 5 games. This will be tough to get over, and Georgia will be a tough game for us. Man this hurts.

I don't really follow that train of thought.
Is Tennessee not good enough to win 4 straight even though the last 4 teams Tennessee faces suck?
You do realize that even though giving a game away to a more talented team in a place as difficult as Death Valley hurts... it isn't as destructive to a team's confidence as losing to an undermanned Colorado team in one of the least intimidating venues in the BCS (52k fans vs nearly 93k@ LSU).
UGA may somehow pull it all together against UT but they look and act like a team in complete disarray. They look alot like UT 2005 to me.
