For context for anyone wondering. She handed me her phone with Facebook open to hold while she got up from eating dinner. I saw it, grabbed her walker, and went to the kitchen. I posted on her Facebook

"I hope Tennessee beats Georgia so bad that Kirby gets fired and pees the bed"

Dr update, from California. He texted her and said everything is ready medically on their end, he had to get her and the procedure approved by the hospital. Only thing he's still working on is travel/hotel coverage, which he said is the easy part. As long as she stays clear it's going to be soon. I'm really nervous now.

Another update, he called her a few minutes ago. One of the Drs is from USC, the other UCLA, they work together on this. (I don't understand all that, two hospitals, but they do?) Anyway, he said they're going to do hers at UCLA, instead of USC. Same Drs, just going to take her to that location. San Francisco was also a location option, but they're going to do UCLA.

I'm mostly luker and don't post a lot, but I've been following you and Tiffany's journey for a while. You and your family are an inspiration and the personification of how to suffer well. Know that you have folks from upper East Tennessee praying for you, I have a good feeling about Cali! GBO!!

Good friend I went to school with messaged me earlier. She reached out to another friend of ours who lives outside of LA, she's been off social media for a while. They've gotten to know Tiffany over the years, and like her more than me now 🤣. Anyway, my friend who lives out there, her and her husband are well off, and they own a car rental place. She told me anything I need at all to tell her, and if I want a car while we're there it's mine. I'm not going to of course, but just thought it was nice of both of them. It is a little nice having her out there, in case there was a situation. She's begged us to come visit for years, I'd say we'll be seeing her at some point. I do have a cousin fairly close in Arizona if needed also. Just made me smile at the one thinking about it, and letting her know we were coming.
